Welcome to the Blog for York Embroiderers and Stitchers
The origins of the group were as the City of York branch of the Embroiderers' Guild (a registered charity). Following the decision, in March 2021, by the Embroiderers' Guild that they were no longer able to support a network of branches, ex members of the City of York branch have come together to form York Embroiderers and Stitchers (or YES for short).
From 14th August we will be meeting at the Haxby Memorial Hall.
